Return Policy

Each piece in my shop is handmade one at a time, making every item unique. Because of this, I do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted in the case of broken or defective products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please follow these steps:
  • Fill out the Contact Form below within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
  • Wait for approval before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, I will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Policy & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a replacement is preferred, we will ship it out at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for non-defective items, custom or commissioned artwork, or digital downloads.

Because each item is handmade and one of a kind, exact replacements may not always be possible. In that case, I will work with you to find the best solution.
